Contribute Feedback What Gail L likes about Tim Hortons:
I always feel as if I am coming home. Tim's menu is so wide. Its washrooms are so accessible to those of us in wheelchairs. The staff is friendly, hardworking and efficient. The free Wi-Fi is also a great perk. We spend 5 months in Florida and while we do not miss the snow we do miss Tim's. View all feedback.
What CarbonLilies doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I ordered a drink that was half hot chocolate and half coffee, but it seemed like the staff didn't know how to make it properly. This is a downside of relying on automation for everything. View all feedback.
Seems like a slick new Timmy's on the road to Owen Sound.
This location is in town near Staples. It is a stand-alone (ie. not partnered with a Wendy's). There is no drive-thru so you have to walk-in and there is always a line. By the way, for people who think it is still Canadian, they are actually owned by Burger King: On August 26, 2014, Burger King agreed to purchase Tim Hortons for US$11.4 billion; the chain became a subsidiary of the Oakville-based holding company Restaurant Brands International on December 15, 2014, which is majority-owned by Brazilian investment firm 3G Capital.
I think Timmies need to up their game as a lot of the cafes are getting very dirty and the service is not as attentive as it used to be, or is that just me getting older. However, today the latte was very nice and the service was good, and it was clean in the customer section, although there was food all over the floor in the workers' section
My favorite not too sweet drink while still available is white hot chocolate with a raspberry shot. Good visit to this tims location.
Went into tims at 945 pm looking for supper and they had no soup available no steak panini or crispy chicken so we walked out! Never have I gone into a tims where the did not have any hot food available no matter what time!
