Truly enjoyed our Valentine?s Day at O?Charleys! The waitress Haley was amazing and made sure we were taken care of!

The manager John was awesome. He did it all waited tables, cleaned, made drinks, asks still provided great service. The Blackberry margarita that he made was great. My glass was actually full and not full of ice. Really enjoyed my day out. 5 stars.

Our server Jamie was wonderful! She took care of our table and we had great food and scholarship! Jamie was friendly and helpful and kept everything in our history. We're looking for her section as soon as we get here. Also the manager was great, checked us and every table. We're coming back! 5 stars are not enough.

I had a wonderful experience at O?Charleys. Our server was Austyn M, and he gave us the best customer service we?ve gotten in more than a year. We eat out a lot, and we have never seen anyone be so kind, and calm, even through all the endless questions. His customer service was phenomenal! Will definitely be back again, and will ask for Austyn!

Rhin was an amazing server. She was very attentive and prompt with our food and made our meal and experience dining here worth the trip. I wish I could give her more stars!
