Wild Wing - Trinity Common - Brampton

My husband and I went here for lunch. We ordered chicken quesadillas that literally crumbled as you picked them up; gross. Then our lunch came out 10 minutes apart. When my drink was done she took the glass and never asked if I wanted a refill. I can see why this chain is going under.

Went with my kids. We LOVE chicken wings and often go to a Wild Wing since there are convenient locations. Visited this location, maybe two visits here previously. Everything was sub-par. Ordered calamari for apps. It seemed like there were 3 different batches in that basket, ranging from not quite cooked, to overcooked to so over cooked it was beef jerky in texture. Like they did not use all of one batch, then refried it, didn't use it all so refried it again. The wings came out really dark. Not necessarily overcooked, but had the look and the taste of being fried in oil that should have been changed about 20 batches ago. I make wings at home and know a nicely fried wing is golden brown. These were a gross dark brown. My kids eat them plain (no sauce) so it if they taste off, it is very apparent. One of my kids would not eat finish their meal, nor would he eat the leftovers we took home. This is the first time EVER that he did not like a chicken wing. I emailed the restaurant and after a couple of weeks they responded that it was impossible the oil was dirty because they keep in clean. I was not embellishing. The wings were fried in over-used oil and it was very, very noticable. Beef jerky calamari was inedible. I will never return to this restaurant. Will either try another wild wing location, go to Turtle Jacks or travel further to give Buffalo Wing a try.

Entered restaurant and it was 60 percent full for a small restaurant. Waitresses seem disorganized. Tables were gritty. Food took a long time to come out. Boneless wings were Refried and had to be sent back. Nacho app, poutine, and loaded potato skins came after wings were long finished. They forgot my son's hot dog order too. Things have really changed. Seems like they just took over this restaurant.

Their service is very good, the staff is always friendly and professional. I have found staff members at wild wing well mannered and polite and they are definitely customer satisfaction oriented. I absolutely love their breaded chicken wings. Its like a place where i can eat every weekend without any questions or doubts in my mind. Tested, tried and trustworthy place for my weekend meals outside. Please maintain the service, quality and quantity of your food as these are the 3 prime things in food service industry.

I visited this location only once for take out and they mixed up my order with someone else's. The wings were good (at best) and certainly not inexpensive. Average, fairly pricey food combined with the mixup made that one visit the only one here.
